The Triogue Way is officially opening this Thursday, 31st March 2022.

To celebrate Portlaoise Town Team are hosting a “First Users” Event whereby the Triogue Way will be opened before the official opening for parents and pupils to use the Triogue Way from 8.15am to get to school.

This section of the Triogue Way will link the People’s Park to Schools in Summerhill Area (adjacent to Portlaoise Retail Park) which will facilitate more families walking and cycling to school.

The event starts in People’s Park at 8.15 am (adjacent to the Playground).

A photographer will be present. Please advise the photographer if you do not wish your child’s image to be used.
